1] Download winrar from this link :

2]After you download these files some will be in a '.rar' format or '.7zip' format depending on which of the above links you have downloaded.Just right click and click 'extract here'(winrar) or 'extract using 7zip'.
3]Then just install the files!!!
4]AND BY THE WAY, .rar and .zip are extracted the same way.(.zip is another type of file & it is not .7zip just in case you thought)
